If you're not happy with the size, fit or design of a product, we offer a hassle-free exchange within 7 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned once the tag has been removed or the product has been tried on/worn:
We currently offer exchange or store credit rather than cash refunds, except where a product is found to be defective or damaged at the time of sale. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If you received a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us on WhatsApp with a photo of the product and your bill within 48 hours of receiving it, and we will resolve it promptly through replacement, exchange, or refund.
